Our approach to PROFILING is to certify champions in your organization, who will be equipped to deliver results for your school year after year. More than having awareness of their profiles, students need to be brought to acceptance of themselves and others, and subsequently to adapt to each other. Possible outcomes include improvement in students’ performance, teamwork, holistic development, communication skills &/or interpersonal relationships enhancements and leadership skills development.
Teaching staff will know that each young person has his/her own needs, and way of doing things. They will gain valuable insights to help them adjust their methods of teaching and interacting with students, more effective ways of motivating young people and to work with them in ways they respond well to.
Even non-teaching staff can be brought to an understanding of individual behavioral styles, motivations, strengths and limitations, which would inevitably improve working relationships and customer service (internal and external customers). It would enhance communication as well as refine management approaches.
