OTi Partners (OTiP) is the new business integration arm of OTi Consulting. The brainchild (OTiP) was first conceptualized in Mexico when Khoo Oon Theam, Founder / Executive Chairman and Romulo S Romero, MD of OTi Consulting Philippines, Indochina and Indonesia, attended Inscape Publishing’s 2007 President’s Club event to receive the award. This is an award which is given to Inscape Publishing's best performing
(top 1%) distributors.

OTiP’s mission is to partner with Dealers and Representatives to form a community dedicated to developing human capital and transforming organizations with the use of Inscape Publishing’s innovative and validated products. The goal and purpose of this new arm of OTi Consulting is to increase the use of these tools in Asia and the Middle East. These psychometric tools may be utilized for almost every aspect of life as illustrated in the diagram below.
